Another month, another surprise snack box from Degustabox. Degustabox is a monthly subscription box service that delivers surprise goodies to your door. This is my third Degustabox, and I can honestly say I look forward to receiving my monthly package and unveiling what’s inside. This month, as usual, did not disappoint.
Some highlights from this month’s round-up include:
Entenmann’s Little Bites Chocolate Chip Muffins:
This isn’t something I would normally buy at the store, but (being a chocolate fiend) this is the first thing I broke into. They are delicious, and perfect size for snacking.
Michel Et Augustin Shortbread Cookies:
More sweets! Again, not something I normally buy, but these cookies were so good. I loved the perfect combination of sweet and salty.
The English Provender Co Chutneys:
I haven’t had a chance to try these, but I love the cute little glass jars in which they were packaged. These jam-style condiments are vegetarian, gluten free and non-GMO.
Sam Mills Gluten Free Corn & Quinoa Pasta:
I haven’t had a chance to try this, but I’ve had quinoa past in the past and absolutely love it. This pasta has 100% natural ingredients, is non-GMO and it’s free from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy and egg (among others).
Nando’s PERi-PERi Medium Sauce:
One can never have too many hot sauces, so I was super happy to pull this little gem out of the box. PERi-PERi is the secret ingredient behind Nadno’s PERi-PERi restaurants worldwide. This sauce contains everything it should: garlic, lemons, chill, onion and spices. It’s super flavorful and not overly spicy.
I laughed out loud when I pulled these gems out of the box. The name “cracks” me up (pun intended). But, branding aside, I really enjoyed these nuts. Maple bacon and bourbon flavored? Yes please!
