When thinking of Boise, Idaho what’s the first thing that comes to mind…Blue turf? Maybe. Potatoes? Probably. Though Boise’s thriving downtown scene may not be high on Idaho’s claim to fame list, it’s (in my opinion) the gem of the gem state. Boasting a variety of bars and breweries, great local restaurants, luxury accommodations and a constantly changing skyline, downtown Boise is becoming a destination all its own.
